  1. Reading your website, I noticed that your work model has a semi-decentralized approach, but, in relation to this, how autonomous is your project nowadays? Do you think that this mechanism allows you to preserve your autonomy in the long run and even better, to achieve a 100% decentralized approach?

  2. Regarding the option you give your users to obtain loans, I read that it is first necessary to do a “simple KYC process”, but how do you handle the obstacle that in many countries, there are still people who struggle for identity documents? Doesn’t this represent a drawback to achieve global adoption?

  3. You have announced the launch of the Hadar wallet. The wallet will be available for download on the Google Playstore on 31st March 2021. How will a new user register in the app? And what methods of user authorization and data protection will be used: e-mail address, SMS message to the phone, biometric data or secret phrase?

  4. In the near future you are planning to launch several products: Centaur Wallet – 31st March 2021, Centaur LP (Swap) – 14th April 2021 and Centaur Chain – 28th April 2021. What is the most significant event, in your opinion, for Centaur? Could you give a small description of each of these products?

  5. In an article in Medium on March 22nd, you announced that the LP mining rewards for Uniswap CNTR-ETH pool will be reduced from 200,000 to 100,000 effective today, 22nd March 2020. Date is correct, maybe 2021?
Why was the decision made to lower the awards and how is the situation today?

  6. Centaur uses a semi-decentralized approach to constructing solutions. Why semi- decentralized and not 100% decentralized? What are the pros and cons of the approach in this way?

  7. About your lending feature, while the lenders are able to stake their assets into the Centaur liquidity pools, the borrowers can take out loans against those funds but there’s a condition of complete a KYC process, is this process available for all countries? What are the basic requirements and how do you check the veracy of the users’ identities?

  8. Centaur allows the cross-chain transactions through the Centaur liquidity pools, can you specify the scope of this cross-chain bridge? Is it limited the liquidity pools? Also, can you explain what does it mean this feature is making emphasis on “legacy protocols”?

  9. On you whitepaper you said that Centaur proposes a DeFi solution with centralized elements with the ultimate aim of moving towards a fully decentralized model. So, with this in mind, what solution do you plan to bring to the table, and what centralized elements do you want to incorporate on Centaur to reach this goal of yours? On your site you describe Centaur as utilizing a semi-decentralized approach to constructing solutions, leveraging on the transparency and security of decentralized architectures while providing a fail-safe layer through centralized systems and processes. Your features Lending, Asset Management and Digital Payments are divided in both, decentralized and centralized. And something got my attention here: “In the event of a borrower default, Centaur will claw back the funds through traditional judicial processes and dispute resolution methods.” Being a lawyer, my question is – how are you going to identify the personal data of a person? Is there an advanced KYC process involved? What will be the loan contract penalties as long as they are in dispute, under official litigation? And in this case, the jurisdiction of which state will be applied to the loan agreement? How about if users from OFAC(and not only) use VPN and professional photoshop to elude your KYC system identification?

  73. 2. I’m looking at your site, there are a lot of cool features and user-friendly design. Accessing your Roadmap, I don’t see anywhere something about Audit. In case of a hack-attack, do you cover assets loss due to your smart contract attack? How can you assure us about security risks such as flash loans, token mining and price oracle manipulation attacks? Is there that your testnet can harm some modifications to the code?

  74. I learn that Centaur Swap using ETH blockchain same with CNTR token also ETH but why is Centaur Chain using cosmos? Any reason for this? It will run with some kind of bridge?

  75. I read that Centaur already make collaboration with Elrond and Casper project. Could you please tell us more about this collaboration? What is the advantage and benefit regain by both of you from this collaboration?

  76.  I learn from your site that there is a time / deadline to withdraw CNTR token from your V2 Staking Pool, can you give us reason why Centaur do this? And how does your staking system work actually?

  77. Centaur is bridging DeFi and traditional finance. It sound like impossible since DEFI is more popular, how Centaur’s team try to make this success?
And can you give some preview in the future for the progress of your mainnet and also about your wallet ?

  78. In your roadmap I could see that your latest project is the launch of your loan platform (SEA), what differentiates you from the current one?

  79. What is the minimum amount of CNTR I must have to exercise my voting and decision-making power? Do you not plan to include NFT as rewards?

  80. Users only deposit their cryptocurrencies in centaur and receive their dividends, how easy, I like it, or do they have other forms of bet to multiply my investment?
