What is the future trend of DeFi, in your opinion? What is the biggest flaw DeFi is facing today? And is Your Project looking to solve the problem?
2021 has so far been a great year for DEFI project as they have gained some much recognition in the pass couple of months, polkafoundry is no doubt a great avenue for Defi developers to explore more about the space…What are your plans to create mass adoption among Defi developers? Also what does your platform offers that can entice Defi developers to make use of it?
You founded the Icetea Platform but later rebranded to become what is now known as PolkaFoundry. Why was this rebranding necessary and how does this benefit PolkaFoundry? Also, I also discovered that the old platform is still active and the website (icetea.io) is currently functioning with the information on the two websites similar. To avoid confusion and ensure that am not interacting with the wrong website, I want to know who are the ones now operating the old platform or whether you are still running both platform simultaneously?
One of the problems of DApp that ruin user experience is their complex nature which puts lots of burden on normal user. You intend to solve this by introducing some UX-enabling features such as Flexible payer, PolkaID and Signing Key in place of Private key. Can you explain more on these UX-rendering and enabling features and how they can help create a better DApp experience? How will signing key provide a efficient yet secured signing in process as compared to private key and how is it safeguard or encrypted?
Some bad days in crypto may reduce optimism and create a negative mood. In moment like this, having a feeling of love can help to uplift the soul and where such is not immediately available, alternative solutions which can serve similar purpose will go a long way. Am attracted to this product on your website which is called Lovelock. I know of teamlock and unicrypt lock which can allow projects to lock team’s token and Liquidity. I want to know how Lovelock can help to lock a positive emotion and how it can be used to create an intimate avenue to share lovely memories that can help to elevate the soul in wearying times
1. As we know, PolkaFoundry is the newest project to host a public sale on the DuckSTARTER platform and offer public allocations for users. One important note about this DuckSTARTER offering is that it’s going to be a lottery. There are only 100 seats available, and $50k in allocations. My question is: what are the terms and conditions for users to join the PolkaFoundry IDO? How we can get a DuckSTARTER tier and what are the steps to be eligible for it? Can you explain please a bit the DuckSTARTER Process? Is there a KYC process to complete? And is there any restriction for some countries?
PolkaFoundry’s dual IDO should initially take place on DuckDAO and Ignition on 10th March. Due to the recent incident at PAID Network, you postponed your launch date, and as you said, you are forming a new launch strategy. The launch date on DuckSTARTER was also delayed. In which consist your new strategy? What was the problem and what does it causes, were there internal argues in the team or some external factors? Being a community-centric platform for dApps, how are you going to increase the safety and security of your project? Is your contract audited?
Can you please write your tg username correctly because we won’t be able to find you if your question will be choosen
Q. Billed as a “one-stop Dapp factory” PolkaFoundry is a platform that makes it incredibly easy to launch powerful decentralized applications on the Polkadot blockchain. PolkaFoundry helps developers build Dapps that are not only powerful but also accessible to every casual user by placing a great deal of emphasis on reducing barriers to entry and improving the user experience. We know that for such projects you must attract prominent funds. Who are your partners on this difficult road? And as we know, one solid point that attracts partners are a strong tokenmics policy – can you tell about yours? The second solid point is a massive promotion in social media – do you have a roadmap that embraces all these steps of a successful project?
so basically with PolkaFoundry, we as developer able to create and build Dapps but what makes your project different with other similar project that able to build Dapps too ? what tools and feature that PolkaFoundry have for developer to build Dapps ?
I read that PolkaFoundry will launch on both PAID network and DuckSTARTER but suddenly its get postphoned. Could you give the reason why Polkafoundry postponing the launch date ? because my opinion your investor will think that your project is not well planed, so can you pls tell us when it will launch?
Reason, hacking PAID.
2. PolkaFoundry is designed to enable the first decentralized application (dApp). In the long term, it aims to be a viable decentralized alternative to cloud computing platforms. My question is, why is it more convenient to use dApps on cloud computing platforms when they are basically used to store records?
From what I have been able to investigate, developers could choose between centralized or decentralized technology, or a combination of both, depending solely on the value of the application data and the reliability of the relevant parts rather than the maturity and usability of the underlying technology. . This means that they adapt very well to the needs of the users, but how secure are these reliability contracts are they audited before being delivered to the users?
Fractions and edges are the main obstacles for DeFi application developers How does PolkaFountry reduce both obstacles and provide an accessible environment for creating DeFi applications without fringes or borders?
PolkaFoundry is not a common territory to develop DeFi applications, it seems to me that it is a new field with different tools. How is the PolkaFoundry environment in terms of creating applications and what new tools do developers receive when entering your ecosystem?
It is difficult to get a platform that offers a bridge between the DeFi and Web 3.0 ecosystems. How is the performance of this dApp factory and how does it merge interoperability between the aforementioned aspects? Have you had any precedent from Polkadot or Substrate?
They have recently announced their strategic partnership with Duck DAO, the world’s largest crypto crowdsourcing incubator. What aspects will this new merger improve within your project? Currently, what is the status of Polkafoundry DAO? Is it fully decentralized? How will Duck Dao help Polkafoundry make significant and relevant capital investments that will grow and improve all its protocols?
Reading about PolkaFoundry, I found that it is EVM Compatible, so its migration to the Ethereum network is easy. But, doesn’t this compatibility detract from the interoperability aspects and unprecedented scalability that Polkadot offers over Ethereum? Why not adapt its model to BSC who is the new network on everyone’s lips with quite interesting qualities? Have you considered this network in your future objectives?
PolkaFoundry is designed to give developers free rein to explore new horizons of the DeFi landscape. My question is, what are the tools you provide to these developers so they can innovate and create innovative DApps, never seen before in the DeFi space? These DApps will only be compatible with the Polkadot network? Do you plan to adapt your protocols to other blockchains?
Part of PolkaFoundry’s mission is to give people total control to use their digital assets, being able to choose between centralized or decentralized technologies or perhaps a little of both, can you explain to us how is this project related to centralized finances and the real world assets?
It’s not clear to me what does it mean that this project is EVM-compatibe straightforward to migrate from Ethereum, can you explain what consists of this feature and what’s exactly this migration?
You mention “UX Enablement” very importantly on your website and I don’t quite understand what you mean. What are those unique characteristics of UX Enablement and how does this lead to dApps to a much wider population?
PolkaFoundry has potential for creating DeFi applications but I don’t know how compatible it is with EVM. How is PolkaFoundry’s compatibility with EVM and how complex is it to migrate to Ethereum?
I have read that your platform is capable of managing identities. How easy is it for DeFi applications to manage identities within PolkaFoundry and what capacity do they have for storing files or data?
Polkafoundry is just focused in offer solution to DApps or also is aiming to have other type of financial services? Like NFTs?
An incident recently occurred with the popular DeFi PAID Networkn protocol in which its native token collapsed by more than 80% in minutes. Said DEX (IDO) took place on the Polkastarter platform. What parameters will PolkaFoundry take to prevent this type of incident from happening on its platform? What measures can be applied so that the tokens are not exploited in this way?
I read on your documentation that you built a public blockchain that you called The PolkaFoundry Blockchain, but earlier on, on that same page, and even on your website says that you are built on the Polkadot blockchain, so, what is the purpose of creating your own blockchain when you are still working on Polkadot? Do you have plans to fully migrate to your own blockchain or do you have plans on using for other things? Speaking of this PolkaFoundry Blockchain, what benefits will it have over the ones that we already know?
Right now there is a lot of technology in cryptography in general but because PolKaFoundry decides to support Polkadot and not another network with more problems like ETH but which is the one that has the real power, I think since 90% of Defi and Dapps adapt to ETH and now more than soon Uniswap will launch V3 Polkadot will it remain in diapers?
Many Blockchain developers are just learning from Polkadot technology, a technology in full development PokaFoundry has under its power the necessary team to provide support with polkadot, how your team is made up and why so many partners but with a problem right now announced on its channel with Duckao?
On another AmA, where I asked you about why is PolkaFoundry built in that way with phases 1&2, you said that it was because now at days its super difficult to have your own blockchain if you don’t have strong financial and community support, and that’s why you decided now to be part of the Polkadot ecosystem. What I want to know this time is why didn’t you started PolkaFoundry since the beggining as that; a part from the Polkadot system? And why now, that your project has certain community recognition, quite a lot of big partners and is backed by a lot of projects you decided to join that ecosystem?
Many open source systems offer total freedom for anyone to even create their own dApps, would you also provide the necessary support to a dApps that is created with open source from another blockchain, perhaps multifunctional that has several Blockchains included or do you just plan to polkadot?
On your documentation, as one of the Key features of PolkaFoudry, it caught my attention that you have something called “Unique UX-enabling features bring dapps to a much broader population”, but I really don’t understand or could find something about this feature that could help me understand it better, could you please explain it to us a little more? How will this feature help dapps on UX problems?
If TeaWork (one of their dapps) has a recognition and reward program for their users, how could I participate in this program? How can I work with this dapp and win? Could you tell me how TeaWork manages to solve the problems and behaviors?
According to your roadmap, in your fourth quarter (Q4) you mention that you will implement DAO work, and some functions and improved integrations and tools. So, exactly what functions do you plan to add? Will they really improve the tools or add new ones too?
Getting good prices in these times is difficult, then, how “PolkaFoundry” manages to offer the best prices when creating a platform, integrating dapps, creating insurance, a Dex and among other things. Is it really more profitable to use PolkaFoundry compared to other projects / platforms?
I run an advertising platform in telegram and I have chosen to use platforms that have a good environment for the creation of dApps or online stores and thus receive payments in a more formal way. Is there a use case available for minority merchants like me within by PolkaFoundry? What can be built in Polkafoundry?
I like loan platforms and I was recently investing in TrueFi, is it possible to create a loan platform within PolkaFoundry or is there one already created that allows investing money from borrowers within the environment of your platform?

I don’t know what facilities PolkaFoundry’s EVM support offers in terms of dapps systems, how easy is it to bring Ethereum-derived dapps ideas to the Polkadot ecosystem? What plans does PolkaFoundry have for DeFi derivatives?
I have never participated in an NFT auction but I have heard that they are very good, PolkaFoundry also has auction systems. How does PolkaFoundry plan to attract artists, musicians and collectors to your auctions? What is the future of PolkaFoundry in terms of this type of market?
Prediction Markets have become very popular, PolkaFoundry provides prediction dapps. What guarantees do users have regarding the reliability of this data supplied in PolkaFoundry prediction dapps? Is this data generated in real time?
The biggest challenge that DApps must offer is a good “UX”, so I have understood that this is one of your specialties, so can you tell us what are your UX resources?
During these days, have been appearing more a more polkadot based tokens so can you tell us how was your experience working on it?
PolkaFoundry’s vision is to empower every person on earth with complete control and the freedom to utilize their assets in a way that is digitalized, secure, and accessible. From this ambitious and idealistic vision what called my attention the most is that the team is considering the whole world population as the target market for PolkaFoundry, so, to make it more than just words, what are the strategies that you are going to implement to make PolkaFoundry accesible enough to be able to get adopted from anywhere? Are countries with strict regulations about digital programs an inconvenient for this goal?

As the applications developed with PolkaFoundry have interoperability with other chains, can other projects from different chains create applications with PolkaFoundry and still belong to their chains? or would they have to migrate to DOT?
You mention that you use “Unique UX enablement features that bring dapps to a much wider population”, but could you really explain a bit more about “UX enablement”? is it only used in PolkaFoundry?
He points out that “PolaFouindry can create borderless and frictionless DeFi applications, as well as take Daaps to other horizons”, if so, why among the applications that can be built does not indicate game applications? don’t you have those characteristics? or is it not important?
You say that with PolkaFoundry you can create multiple great applications, but will these really be better than those developed by any other chain? Or will it only have interoperability unlike the rest?
Really why they will have to make so many changes like “Change completely to the substrate Start Mainnet and Change PKF ERC20 token for native PKF “in Q3 2021 (Mainnet)? How necessary are these changes for application launches to DeFi?
Really all the functions that could be implemented to a DeFi application are in PolkaFoundry? Or despite their great features, are they still very limited for their potential?
Do you think that the key feature of PolkaFoundry for your applications is the “Flexible Payer”? since with it it provides a great diversity of payments, such as even free models, right? but how does he do it? And how could only PolkaFoundry develop it?
You mention that PolkaFoundry will help developers explore new horizons of the DeFi landscape, but can only you explore those horizons? What is really limiting further exploration in DeFi?
PolkaFoundry promises to be the solution to the common UX problems of dApps, something really necessary, but really hard to achieve being DeFi something so complex. What do you have in mind to achieve this? How do you plan to make the use of a dApps understandable even for someone who never went to school?
PolkaFoundry aims to revolutionize many improvable features of dApps, but tell us a bit specifically about the security issue. Does PolkaFoundry manage to improve the security issues of dApps? What interesting things do you implement to protect users’ privacy and funds?

To reflect your key role as an integrator of seamless secure DApps into the Polkadot ecosystem, ICETEA has rebranded as PolkaFoundry. So may we ask what’s now your current status after the Rebranding & how has your community grown since the Rebranding? Also if you will compare before & after the Rebranding, what can you say about the changes?
I’ve read that you will be postponing the launch date of your IDO but you didn’t mentioned the reasons of delay, so may we know more details about the recent incident at PAID Network and can you tell us your upcoming IDO details? Also the launch date on DuckSTARTER will be delayed too, for what reasons then? And may we know too what new launch strategy you are forming?
I got interested on your Utility Features about ASSET INHERITANCE. It’s so amazing that PolkaFoundry allows a person to set others as their inheritors. So to overcome this drawback, how will the inheritors activate the inheritance workflow to claim his/her inheritance rights? How’s this works really? What’s the process, like is there documents needed to submit?
PolkaFoundry postponed its launch date on PAID network. I know that with the unforeseen event that happened on PAID Network you will certainly be backing out on it, but why also postponed the DuckSTARTER launch?
You wishful thinking. There are no unconditional ones.
That is why it was postponed, the project is aimed at long-term development, and therefore abandoning PAID is a difficult decision, and not the fact that it will be decided in the direction of abandonment. Based on the available information, the IDO on PAID will not be canceled.
PolkaFoundry Cross-chain DEX can exchange with tokens on parachains or crypto-currencies on external chains like Eth, Btc etc. via bridges. This is one of the most needed service now.
