Ispolink will utilise Machine Learning matchmaking algorithm to match suitable candidates to needed job. The success of AI innovations depends on initial set up and robust programming algorithm. How will the model you are using accurately extract information from CVs, match them against pool of other job seekers, identify which of them are better qualified and suggests them to employers?
