  1. how does Coin.utility deal with regulation around finance particularly regulations that will deal with DeFi considering that users need no KYC and the resistance of regulators to FaceBooks Libra/Diem that promised to be instantly the largest p2p payments system and was rejected even with hundreds of big name backers

  2. Unique. One is a permissionless decentralised NFT exchange. Of recent, Defi projects have decided to become open and permissionless in order to gain trust. However, going open and permissionless have its own risk as your codes are open and your project can be easily cloned. Also, some cloned or fork projects have also been found to perform better than the original project. How do you intend to deal with this kind of situation in order to maintain your originality and competitiveness? Are you a clone of a previous project?

  3. You have planned that all your liquidity providers will get a share of 1 million $RARE tokens for providing liquidity on Uniswap. What LP pairing will be available? How are LP providers reward determined? Are there special rewards for providing liquidity for a longer period in your pool? Also, there is no information with regards to liquidity lock duration and whether liquidity can be withdrawn anytime by LP providers. Can you please throw more light?

  4. I’m not certain if I’m right but doesn’t a presale help determine how much the token would list for? Or how do you determine what is “low starting market cap” for $RARE token? And what amount are you aiming to list at?

  5. You said no token would be given out for free, and all token would have to be purchased but down below when we see your $RARE distribution, 5% is reserved for bounties and 5% for airdrops, doesn’t that contradict your first statement? And how can we participate in the airdrop and bounty?

  6. 1% platform fee, isn’t that a little too high, or is it a one time fee to gain access to use the platform? How does a platform fee work?

  7. Can you please explain ‘Volume Mining’ in $RARE Distribution chart, which is going to have 10% of total supply of RARE tokens?

  8. Unique. One will be a place where new and professional Artists can push their creativity to the limits on a fair and level playing field..so can anyone with almost no skills be able to create NFT’s on your platform or will this be limited to only professional and experienced people…in other words what level and type of skills do I need to be able to use Unique.one platform to create NFT’s

  9. In launching your proposed Governance structure, there will be three distinct phases Pre-launch, Launch, and Year 1.. what will be the progress for each of this phases…. will this two years be enough to successfully build the platform to a level where the community can completely take over..

Unique. One will hold weekly artist contests providing Artists with an opportunity to win $RARE… Can you explain more about this contest how do artists qualify and partake in this contest, and what do they have to do to win… you have reserved 1 million tokens for this, will the contest stop after the 1 million tokens has been exhausted.

How is composed your voluteering founding team? And how do you expect to compense that blood, sweat and tears for them and the community in the long term?

Considering this point I think you haven’t any referral program or any Christmas offers for users to provide $RARE for free??? If not than.. Didn’t you think, this will be a gable for you??

  50. Hi sir
Unique. One provide for users an ability to vote on governance decisions because it’s built on DAO structures right? But It’s seem that many DAO projects voting system are being Heavily manipulated by some Large Tokens Holders (Called Whales), I said that because big holders = big powers in voting and tokens are easy to get through exchanges. And it’s bring bad DAO Voting behaviors, unfair for many small investors, small holders so how will Unique. One provide the fairness / the trusted, the balanced in the DAO Voting process on Unique. One projects?

  51. Farming tokens in liquidity pools is a common and boring business. You create an NFT marketplace where art will be presented as a commodity. Will it be possible to farm on your platform using NFT? For example, for posting quality content. Is it possible to incentivize artists with your tokens?
