In order to release the funds from the escrow, both the buyer and the seller have to approve the transaction. What if the seller provides a good service but the buyer abuses and refuses to release the funds? Do a third party step in to solve the case? Thanks

Explain how Counos DEX interacts with Counos Gateway. Can it be called a decentralized exchange if a gateway is used to replenish an account in which you need to go through a kyc?

For kyc I believe it is nessasery for fiat transaction because a lot 0f scamer can use to scam people and even scam money send to account of other. And bring trouble to the people, and because it is just for safety of deals we need to do crypto to crypto dose not need Kyc. Only crypto to fiat or fiat to crypto. And it is decentralized because all deal going via people and even no one hold the asset and control it.
