As regards your Counos Escrow, how transparent are you, how do you settle disputes between two dishonest traders?
In our Counos escrow. We use multi signature wallet with 3 private keys( buyer, seller, and escrow agent). Right now we have 3 agents ( one law office in EU and other one from Switzerland, also Counos OU (the licensed by Eu for crypto exchange and wallet ) )the parties should choose one of escrow agents and submit the contract and after accepte by the escrow agent as right contract and by both party signature the contract, Would be main source for the deal.and if any disputes happened only the contract is the source for decision in favor of one of party. Also buyer and seller can ask to on board other escrow agent as well but only requirement to on board new escrow agent is to have licensed as lawyer , notaries , or trustees or crypto exchange….
